* Ice Production / Production Sheets
* Daily Cash balancing
*Deposits
* Daily & Weekly SMART submission
* Inventory Management
*Opening & Closing Checklist / Daily Procedures Checklist verification
* Scheduling
* Payroll Submission
* Weekly Orders
*Production Sheet review ( waste review, etc.)
LSM planning
Cagering events , solicitation , planning etc
