Position Description
Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard is looking for full-time and/or part-time Shift Leaders for its Leesburg, Vienna and Chantilly locations.
If you’re hardworking, responsible, have amazing customer service skills and are looking for a FUN job, then we’re looking for you! Ideal candidates will have an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and prior customer service or leadership experience.
Shift Leaders support the managers in maintaining and operating a successful store while following Rita’s policies and procedures, maintaining excellent guest service, and promoting a team atmosphere to maximize store profitability.
Pay is based on an hourly rate of $13.25 + tips, or more depending on experience.
Weekday daytime availability is a plus. This is not an entry level position. Applicants must be 16 or older.

**Rita's of Chantilly is currently closed for the winter but will re-open on March 1st. We are hiring Treat Team Members and Shift Leaders.** Training for these positions may begin in February.
