Position Description
Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard is looking for part-time Treat Team Members for its Leesburg, Vienna and Chantilly locations. These positions offer a positive, fun work environment with advancement opportunities.
If you’re hardworking, responsible, have great interpersonal skills and are looking for a FUN job, then we’re looking for you.
You must:
• Be at least 16 years old
• Have a positive, can-do attitude
• Be a team player
• Be able to work at least one weekday (Mon – Thurs) evening (5 pm – 9:30 pm) and one weekend (Fri – Sun) shift during the school year .
A Treat Team Member is an entry-level position and is a perfect first-time job. Pay is based on an hourly rate of $12 + tips

**Rita's of Chantilly is currently closed for the winter but will re-open on March 1st. We are hiring Treat Team Members and Shift Leaders.** Training for these positions may begin in February.
