Title: Senior Shift Supervisor Rita's Italian Ice Fishers Indiana
Location: Fishers, IN 46037
Position Description
Accountable for profitable operation of national Italian ice and custard chain located in Fishers, Indiana.
Position is responsible for the overall management of a seven day operation and will report directly to the owner.
This is the first Rita's Italian Ice and Frozen Custard shop in the state and the owner has the franchise rights to the whole state.
The position will be accountable for five shifts a week and will have a shift supervisor reporting to him or her that will be responsible for another 5 shifts.
The shops hours are 12-10 pm seven days a week.
Looking for an individual with prior Ice cream or fast food experience that can effectively manage employees in a fun family oriented environment.
