We are looking to hire staff for our 2025 season. No experience is necessary, all training will be provided. We hire staff 14 years or older. Our season runs from late February to late October with April to June being our busiest. Applicants with previous work experience may be hired with additional responsibilities as a Shift Leader.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates will posses excellent customer service skills and be available to work opening and/or closing shifts.
  • Applicants should be energetic, enthusiastic, motivated, responsible, enjoy interacting with guests and work well with others to maintain a team environment
  • Candidate must have the ability to lift and/or carry at least 30 lbs of weight
  • Basic math skills are necessary

Responsibilities

  • Additional shifts are available and include midday, weekends and evening closings
  • The position requires constant standing, bending and some manual labor
  • Adhering to and enforcing all policy and procedures regarding daily cleaning duties, proper uniforms, staff protocol and store opening/closing procedures
  • Producing, maintaining and tracking all Italian Ice on a daily basis
  • Preparing our signature treats properly and efficiently, providing treat suggestions and upselling
  • Assisting with the coordination of the store marketing, catering, fundraising and social media groups
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy and well stocked store is a must.
  • Serv Safe Certification is a plus.
• Must have availability to work a minimum of 2 shifts a week during the entire season (weekdays and/or weekends)

Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.00-$10.00 per hour based on qualifications.
