Title: Treat Team Member

Position Description
Do you love Italian Ice and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment? We are interviewing for part-time “Treat Team” members to join our 2018 season! Employment runs from early March through mid-October.
Hourly rate, plus tips. Comprehensive training, which includes online videos and in-store job aids, will be provided.
Job duties include:
- Preparing and serving all ice, custard and drink products on the menu
- Serving all customers enthusiastically and with a smile
- Accurately handling all monetary transactions
- Keeping work areas and equipment clean, organized, sanitized and sufficiently stocked
- Completing end-of-day and opening duties as assigned
- Ensuring food quality and safety standards are met
- Position requirements:
- No experience required, but a willingness to learn is necessary
- 16 years or older
- Applicants should live within 5 miles of store with reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work shifts on weekdays (after school), weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (position also requires frequent standing and bending)
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Must be able to work efficiently without constant supervision.
