We are seeking a dedicated Treat Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a background in the food industry. This role involves assisting customers, handling transactions, making treats, managing inventory and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers

- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed

- Upsell products to increase sales

- Sanitize work areas to ensure cleanliness and safety

- Help customers with product selection and inquiries

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred

- Knowledge of math for handling transactions

- Background in the food industry is a plus

- Familiarity with cash register operations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers
