Position Description
We are looking for a responsible, personable and high-energy individual to be our full-time Store Manager. The position offers a positive, fun work environment with advancement opportunities. We offer very competitive pay and room to grow with our company.
The store has indoor/outdoor seating and offers third-party delivery, as well as catering. Significant interaction by the Store Manager with local business and residential communities also supports store business.
Ideal candidates will have superior interpersonal skills, at least two years of progressively responsible experience in a quick service restaurant or other hospitality setting, and work references that can speak to the candidate's strong work ethic. Must be over 18 years of age.

- Generating sales growth
- Cash, inventory and cost management
- Supervision of shift leader and Treat Team Members
- Management of staff hiring, training and scheduling
