Greet very guest with a smile. Make sure shop stays clean, make treats and have fun doing it! Cleaning involves sweeping, mopping, cleaning toilet/bathroom, sanitizing counters, windows, machines, freezers, and some dishwashing as well.
Responsibilities:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience is a plus
- Flexible schedule
- Enforce all policies and procedures including daily cleaning duties, proper uniforms, staff breaks, etc.
- Train all new team members, as well as mentor current team members
- Close out daily reports for all cash registers
- Clean/sanitize machines
-Track all ice on daily production sheets according to Rita's guidelines
- Opening store procedures
- Operate and maintain ice production equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation
- Make Rita's ice products according to recipes and specifications
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure product integrity
- Follow HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to ensure food safety
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the production area
- Assist in inventory management, including monitoring ingredient levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies
- Adhere to all FDA regulations regarding food processing and safety

Skills:
- ServSafe certification required (must provide within first 30 days)
- Basic math skills for recipe calculations and measurements
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Understanding of FDA regulations related to food processing and safety
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining production equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members
- Ability to bend, squat, and lift 20-40 lbs
- Friendly and outgoing
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
